Bespoke, counterbalanced lifting beam/frame – SWL 500kg
Designed & manufactured for use during refurbishment/modification works by a major building contractor to facilitate removal of glass building panels.
Item was manufactured ‘piece’ small for ease of access to site via. service lift.
Assembled on site, the unit is restrained laterally & partially vertically via. the existing building steelwork & utilises 25kg hand-weights positioned on a clamped/adjustable support beam to the rear of the main lifting beam to assist in counter-acting the effects of the pay-load.
